SJ Tournament 2018 - Round 3 Seikigahara
SJ Tournament 2018 - Round 3 Seikigahara
If you are all willing, then there is just one game each left. If you are all suffering from samurai-fatigue no problem. If there is one drop out or one per team, let's just carry on with a volunteer who stands in for the exhausted warlord who has left us for a meditative retreat in a cave on Mt Fuji (zero points... just enlightenment).
As Honourable Victorious Daimyo, Kiwiwarlord gets to select the match-ups as follows. They can be in any order or combination.
Game 1 - Tokogawa (kiwi) v Toyotomi (LFDLM)
Game 2 - Toyotomi (kiwi) v Tokogawa (LFDLM)
Game 3 - Tokogawa (kiwi) v Toyotomi (LFDLM)
Game 4 - Toyotomi (kiwi) v Tokogawa (LFDLM)
Usual scoring rules apply.

Re: SJ Tournament 2018 - Round 3 Seikigahara
Not sure that we see things the same way here SB, I think Alan is canvassing the teams to see if there is enough interest in running Round 3.
I have just stated that I will play LFDLM if there is.
Re: SJ Tournament 2018 - Round 3 Seikigahara
I am still to hear from Will and SIllygoy, so I think that we can go ahead. If either is not available then another team member can cover for them.

Thanks, Will, have fun.
So Brian please post the match-ups with a reserve-player option for Sillygoy (we will give him a week to answer and then proceed with one of the three of you who plays a second game).

The format of the games is :
Game 1 - TGM Tokogawa (kiwi) v ahuyton Toyotomi (LFDLM)
Game 2 - Kiwiwarlord Toyotomi (kiwi) v LFDLM Tokogawa (LFDLM)
Game 3 - Sillygoy Tokogawa (kiwi) v Gdod Toyotomi (LFDLM)
Game 4 - Snugglebunnies Toyotomi (kiwi) v w michael Tokogawa (LFDLM)
If there is need of a replacement for Sillygoy the I nominate Snugglebunnies.

Have done Alan.
Who sets the game up please ?
Tokogawa or Toyotomi ?

I suggest that Toyotomi sets up the games.
No word from the all-conquering Sillygoy. We will give him a few days and if he is still in meditative retreat then we ask Snuggles to kindly step in against Gavin (Gdod).
Good luck to all

Re: SJ Tournament 2018 - Round 3 Seikigahara
Hey guys, sorry but I've been really busy. I don't think I will be able to play this last round. Snuggles, please take my place, and secure a glorious victory for our clan.

Re: SJ Tournament 2018 - Round 3 Seikigahara
I have not heard from LFDLM as yet, how are the other Round 3 games going ?
Just wondering if we should give my game with LFDLM away as it will hold things up, if it ever gets started that is ?
I have been playing it as a skirmish game for practise, well it is a really good competition game with that mystery command.
Plenty to think about for sure.

Brian, that is a shame. Either Gavin, Will or myself can substitute for our missing Captain. Why don't you post the challenge for one of us - you decide...KiwiWarlord wrote: ↑Tue Nov 20, 2018 10:38 pm I have not heard from LFDLM as yet, how are the other Round 3 games going ?
