Warthog changing moveset seemingly randomly

In some situations Warthog will switch movesets, specifically in the British campaign. EG My warthog will lose its ability to go up mountains, or two different supply trucks will have a different move speed on the same stretch of road (though that may be unexplained game mechanics) Have a free smile for your hard work
