I'm assuming that DLC VI already includes the new equipment file, is that right :?:
Yes it comes with the latest version of the e-file. I took the liberty to add a never existed version of the StuG III
Thanks for the clarification, and thanks again for all the scenarios you've made. :D :D :D :D :D

Hi Nico,

i have onlöy a very very little mark to sceanrio 50. The vitory condiditons are to destroy the fortifications but the maps ends if the flags are taken. I dont know, nobody will left the flags unoccupied. But i do not find other things to say (except: wonderfull! :D )

Thank you very much. these small maps are the right thing to play again and again.
Best regards,
Ramon

Yes, you are right. There could be some kind of misunderstanding. I added to the briefing between brackets that those flags need to be captured. I probably assumed too quickly that if a fortification is destroyed, that the player will take the flag as well.

I'm still fooling around in DLC V where you forgot to change the theatre setting to Africa in mission 43 and 44 IIRC. The defense mission 42 was nice, as I've lost two veteran units there. I also remember in IV where both sides were trying to capture a large city. I'd like to see more of these missions where both sides are actively moving and attacking. These offer a lot more action than the simple defeat-the-defender missions.

Hi nico, thanks for the new screenies! I see, you gave up to refresh the 8,8s after fighting tanks. I think i will do the same in near future. The Soft-Attack of actual generation of enemy tanks is too high.

Thanks for the feedback. Theatre of war set to Africa in missions 43 and 44. Let me know when you finished DLC V. If there is nothing else that needs fix or change after you finished, then i'll post the updated version.

The new screenshot is the first scenario of DLC VII which is actually a meeting engagement.

In DLC VII i exchanged them for self-propelled AA. IMO really usefull against (superior?) US planes.

DLC VII should be ready in a couple of days. 8 out of 10 scenarios are done.

While playing to the end of DLC VI, I missed more consistent weather. I find the random weather generator of the game rather too inconsistent that muddy and frozen ground conditions hardly appear at all, especially not longer than one turn. In particular the last missions of DLC VI with the winter-like city names gave the impression you are going to winter wonderland, but unfortunately it was only snowing sometimes without any frozen ground condition.
I’d like to see weather and its ground conditions having more impact in some missions, so you need to adapt sometimes, like swapping your aircrafts for ground units or considering tracked transports in certain areas. I could finish most missions in half the time, so I think more hindrance of any kind could make missions more interesting.
If it’s going into the jungle sooner or later, consider heavy raining and lots of mud there, please!

Hi Nico,
i started the DLC VII. I am a suprised a bit, that i am in sceanrio 63 in a defense position and i earned no money per turn. Is this intend ? I checked that i got lots of money (2500 ?) fpr a DV, but no money per turn or with atrigger. That was really hard and ruined some units´experience. Hahahaha. And these Americans....thank god for the Tiger-Tank and the FW190. :-)

I am in mission 32 DLC IV. My parachutists dont seem to work; have they been deliberately disabled? (to stop people nipping over the canal/river). If so - is this for all the alternate dlc's or just certain scenarios?. thanks for info

From scenario 37 onward, Ju52s will be more often available. In mission 32 there are no air transports available. You can also deploy the parachutists as normal ground units and eventually give them a land transport.

Hi Nico,

i finished the DLC VII with all DVs and no unti lost. But i wonder about the differant stages of difficulty. In one map i am defender fist with absolutely no money, close to total destruction (if i did not spare some prestige) and in the next sceanrios there is absolutely no resistance. In Mission 67 is nothing to do but driving with a little recon to the VH and capture it.
I waited for a big counterattack or ambush and nothing happend. Out of Triggers ?

Thank you for the DLC, it was lots of fun at all.

I wonder how you did that in mission 67, there are three adjacent VH with each one a defender in place.
I try to put a bit of variety, so some maps will be easy to some and difficult to others. Overall i didn't want to create scenarios that are too difficult or nearly unwinnable.
Also, there are very little triggers present.

My trusty sturmpanzers which i have had since they first became available at range 3 have suddenly gone to range 2. Is this deliberate?, does thier range go back up to what it first was at any point?. thanks

Hi hugh2711,
i remember discussions months or years ago, that the Sturmpanzer as a selfpropelled artillery is much too strong for the early stages of war. With its "normal" range of 3 the unit has only little disadvantage in one point to the towed artillery, the ammo.
Lots of players enoyed this in adjustment in fairness. but believe me, they will get cool heros very soon (if you use them often). One of my 15cm has a movement hero AND a Range-Hero. Yeah, that rocks.
