Final TDC VI Later Medieval Standings September 30TH

Congratulations to Rosedelio for winning a very competitive Division A. Also well done to TaBai for finishing second and Nosy_Rat for third place.

Congratulations to heidipie for winning Division B. Also well done to Bagatrix1805 for finishing second and angusoborne for third place.

Congratulations to IMC winning Division A despite not finishing his last game. Also well done to fogman winning second place despite not finishing his last game and to KossTia for third place.

My game with GrimGrom hasn't completed, however, on Turn 17 he (Roman) leads me (Selecucid) by 45:38

anderarcos11 swept to victory well clear of the field with a 6-1 record. mcfcivo and frederic02 were a pretty close finish for 2nd and 3rd.

Nijis seems to have not yet posted his Merotic's win against my Spartan and Roman ally. I'm not sure of the final score.

Deeter (Lysimachid) defeats tmac11 )Roman) 2-43

Aside from killing my CnC early on, nothing went right for Rome. The map was bisected by river with rough hill just far enough away to deploy all the Lysimachid heavy infantry in the flats and loads of mediums in the rough. A long line of hills extended beyond the Roman flank that would hopefully screen a cavalry maneuver. Having lost the skirmisher battle, the Roman heavies charged into the waiting phalanxes but failed to disrupt them. It was there that the CnC fell leading the sole veteran pikes against the Roman CnC and some veteran principii. Eventually these were ground down while the cavalry defeated their Roman counterparts. Luck was clearly on the side of the Greeks. Good game.

Trogdor666 completed at least 3 matches so those results stand and all remaining matches awarded to opponent (15-40)

Division D
mh5064 is the champion of this division with 7 wins and 640 points. Very closely followed in 2nd by sunnyboy only 15pts behind. hscic and rockmanbob123 had good campaigns with 6 wins each. All new players did well in this league - sunnyboy in 2nd, Drudgep and Antivirt getting 4 victories each and Grimgrom involved in lots of close matches.

Would you be willing to serve as a coordinator for TDC next season, which will start in early Jan? You'd be responsible for a single period; you'd sort army picks and division assignments initially and be responsible for regularly updating reported results into prepared spreadsheets and posting those. You would be the first stop in dealing with issues within your period, though you could solicit feedback/advice from the rest of us if needed. We would prefer those who've participated at least a couple of seasons. You should be comfortable communicating in English for forums and email. If interested, please contact me directly.
