Yes, that is OK. "Armies" refers to your main selection. "Allies" are your secondary selection and there is no restriction on those choices.

Why can we enter only 4 sections this season?

It has always been the case that initially I restrict players to 4 sections. Then I see how recruitment goes. I always try and get as many players involved as possible and Slitherine also wants me to do this. It would not be fair for some players to take 5 sections right at the outset if it meant that other players could not get a place. Now that we are about to open a sixth section of the tournament (High Middle Ages) it might be possible for me to allow more players to have a fifth section from next season. As far as this season goes, restricting players to a maximum of 4 sections has been very accurate as there are only a few places left and we have a record number of entrants. Plus there are still a few days of the initial recruitment period left and it is always the case that players apply to join the tournament as we are about to get underway. I have to say that I am at the limit of the size of tournament that I can cope with now. I do not intend to open seventh or eighth divisions at any point in the future.
