Have a question about SE-units (not 'special reinforcements') in DLC Grand Campaign. So far I've finished DLC '39 without getting any SE-units, one unit was given to me in the very first scenario of DLC '40. Now I'm about halfway through DLC '40, and no other SE came to me. Is this normal? AFAIR, before patch 1.21 game was much more generous in this matter.

There's a bit of randomness involved I think when you get them exactly. the probability grows with each scenario until it reaches 100% at a specific point. So it is guaranteed that you get them, it's just a question when exactly.

Unless things have changed its just a flat 35% (I think it was this %) chance per scenario if you have less than the scenario max SE units...I do not believe the chance increases until it hits 100%

Edit: Made a quick check on some older posts and the chance is 30% per scenario if you don't have the max amount already
