Not sure if this is a bug or a feature. In the Dunkirk scenario, four bombers arrive when the airfield in the lower right is captured. On my playthrough, it rained during the very next turn, and all four bombers crashed, despite being over the airfield, which had not been recaptured during the enemy turn. This strikes me as illogical, so perhaps it is a product of the underlying game engine?

I am LOVING this campaign, by the way--kudos to everyone involved!

This is more of a feature but in your circumstance a very unfortunate one. I've played this map a number of times and never had that happen to me. There was a similar issue at the Kiev43 scenario but that got fixed. My advice in such a situation, just use the cheat code to change the weather.

All Campaign Heroes List?

Post by David Hansen »

Is there a listing of all the heroes that are "baked" into the Grand Campaign...ie;
*name
*when they appear or first become available.
*points cost

There is no documentation for this but is a good idea and something that should be done. We have done it for Storm Over Europe and is available on the Steam Workshop.

TXS for the reply. The obvious follow up question is...can a list be developed like SOE?

@robman
planes crashing in bad weather after spawn is an issue since game release, i still hope for a way to bind aircraft to airport with lua on spawn to prevent this but so far so this is not possible

@david hansen
on steam in the guides section and in this forum is a thread/guide with all specials like unique heroes, caches and comm events called "PanzerCorps1Remake-Caches and Commendation events-"

In the battle of Prokhorovka (1943 Historic), at every end of turn I get a "SCRIPT ERROR: attempt to index a nil value". It does not have any apparent effect on the game or the savegame. Any ideas?
Thanks.

Thanks, could it have something to do with Nowotny and the Me 242? I accepted the offer for this.

The script error appears when taking towns and cities. I think it's limited to the ones in the upper half of the map but it does not have any influence on the map itself.

I played the 1943EastNH.

It's probably one of the best PC2 experiences since one cannot use the full core (which tends to be overpowered by this stage). It was a very nice surprise and a good challenge.

I started this too (Exciting - Der Wahnsinn!!!), but it was written, that 43NH ends after the 3rd scenario (Rostow)... is the whole campaign now availible?
