Division C
MikeMarchant's Nikephorian Byzantines (24/34) beat Tofman's African Vandals (22/21)
As my bow/spear lined up along ridge, faced by a line of heavy lancers, my left flank had more luck than they deserved and turned the Vandal right flank. Taking a risk, I pressed in the centre and felled the Vandal general. A little more luck here and there along the line sealed the Vandal's fate.
Bad luck, Tofman, unlucky. Thanks for the game.
Best Wishes
Mike

Div A...
the craziest victory ever! I narrowly missed knocking chris out (needed 3% more in order to auto rout a noble and get my last two pts), and closed my turn, praying for a draw. during the end of turn one of my troops auto charged from anarchy, which then caused a series of changed rout paths for chris's dead units. as a result his troops routed thru their own guys 2x...giving me the two pts I needed! a stolen victory, and very well played chris...what can I say???
klayeckles (scots) vs batesmotel (irish)
42/47 44/44
