1. To see the map first before buying units.
2. To be able to deploy them how I want (playing meeting engagement, and my troops are on the other sde of the map from my transports)
3. Buying assets (arty, air)

Hi everyone. 2.0.4 is now available. We have frankly everything crossed that this is the final version - it's be a somewhat fraught beta process this time around. This version has fixes and improvements to the force selections in the MP missions.

This may seem like a silly question, but just to be sure,..the existing maps will stay the same right,...in other words, there will be separate and additional Force Selection maps added to this upcoming release.

For some reason, I just didn't enjoy the gameplay in the beta's Force Selection maps.
In every game I played with FS, it seemed that one side always had the upper hand.
If you have it, the game gets pretty boring while you trounce all over your opponent.
If the other player has the upper hand,...hang on, pray,..and then surrender, because you'll just get overrun.

I did like choosing force,...but when I was able to buy 3 Tiger and 4 Panthers,...it just seemed over the top.

No,...and I suppose I should try the latest update before I critique.
I suppose I got frustrated with the prior beta versions. Let me give 2.0.4 a spin around the block and I'll report back.
