My Slitherine account not recognised

Hi

I purchased Pzr Corps 2 recently and tried to use the multiplayer option by PBEM. It asks for my Login and Password which I duly enter but comes back with not recognised. Please can you resolve this for me. Thank you. I specifically bought this to use the multiplayer option so this is quite annoying.
