We're sorry you're experiencing problems with Battle of the Bulge. It's much easier to help you with a bug report in hand that will allow us to reproduce and fix the problem. To file a report, please follow these steps:
- Do not exit the program, start a new game, or make any moves. (Especially sudden moves…)
- Tap, tap, and then press and hold on the dials just below the "Undo" button on screen. An email page will open. (That’s two complete taps, then finger down a third time without lifting.)
- Add as much information as possible about what type of game you were playing and what you were doing when the error occurred. The more detail we have, the easier it will be to isolate and fix the problem. (If the keyboard is off-screen, try rotating your iPad.)
- Send the bug report. It will automatically be emailed into our bug tracking system, along with an attached savefile that will let us see exactly what happened. If we need more information, we will contact you.
