Game crashes in PBEM++

Hi,

just bought from Slitherine this game and at my first trying for the PBEM++ screen, the game has frozen in the "checking serial reg" phase (I've already done the serial reg under my username into the Slitherine site)

Most annoying thing (really annoying I would say) is that after this event, it's not possible to access the game anymore-I had and I've to remove completely the program and reinstall in order to access again.

I'm running on Windows 7 Home Premium, 64 bit edition.
