multiplayer login problem

Hi,
My buddy and I have played this game via the lobby system many times.
But today we cannot login. it says:

lobby user login failed,unknown error

Any help is appreciated.

Sorry for the inconvenience. We are seeing some login issues for some players, and the server team are working to solve this unexpected issue.
