Combat animation speed *READ ME!*

Post by Kerensky »

To address the problems a few individuals who have had issues with the combat pacing of Panzer Corps, we have come up with a temporarily solution.

Step 1:
Open the directory where you installed Panzer Corps. For example, mine is:
C:\Games\Panzer Corps\Graphics

Step 2:
Rename "efx.pzdat" to "disable.pzdat"

Step 3:
That's it, you're done. This solution will disable all combat animations for people who prefer to have them off, or for anyone suffering technical problems as a result of them.
This change affects any newly started game, as well as loaded save files.
To revert your change, simply rename the file "disable.pzdat" back to "efx.pzdat"

If anyone has questions, comments or concerns, please do not hesitate to ask, we're here to help and we are listening! :D

is there a way to comment out a line? That way both lines can be in the file, and only one active?

In the original files, comments or empty lines are blocked with a #. Make backups before editing the file.
