Thank you. Well, time to restart the tutorial. No campaign until I win the tutorial!!Kalesin wrote:It is a new feature in one of the last patches. If the IA arrived at the Moon, the game is over, now, if you've really lost the race to the moon, let you continue playing like a sandbox.

NASA Tutorial Question (Russians Reach Moon 1st)
Russia beat me to the moon. I then get a pop up message mentioning something about "Its gonna take NASA decades to recover from this" The game allowed me to keep going, so I figured ok maybe the moon is just one of many goals to race them to before game over. Cool. I then launch a string o...

Buzz-opedia location in iPad?
Clearly, I'm dumbing out.
I can't seem to find the buzz-opedia button which lists historical facts.
I notice the "I" button on certain images (would this be it) if so when I clicked on it all I got was the costs and things of that nature.

Steam Controller Profiles?
Currently I play this game on my iPad. Early next year (Waiting on new Razer Blade) I plan on buying a laptop. When I'm home, connecting it to my TV and want to chill out on my couch playing this game with the Steam Controller - comfortably. My question with this thread - has anybody attempted or cr...

@jgf1123 Wow!! ^^^^^ I greatly appreciate you taking your time to type that out in clear and concise chunks. Very well edited. Truly, thank you. I'm going to copy & paste and add it to my iPhone notes so I may absorb it later when I have some downtime. Regarding XML files, I play this game on m...

Man... I'm so late to this wonderful game. Between this, Transport Tycoon & Airline Tycoon (All on my iPad) I'm enjoying the games and actually learning something from them. At the very least - stimulating my mind. BASPM does take some hands on and NASA knowledge to enhance ones know how that ul...

Thank you for responding. I was playing R.U.S.E. the other day 2v2 and wondered wow BotB would be awesome with this. Gamecenter needs to hurry up. Lol.nkarp wrote:Game Center is sequential: one player's turn at a time. I'd love to do something with combinations such as you suggest, when GC supports it.

Re: Where is the Meuse River? No movement - why?
The Daily Briefing should have information on the Meuse (under Objectives) and the first day’s special rules (under Surprise Attack). We tried to cover the “once per day†in the Tutorial, was that not clear enough? Hmm. Just seeing this now. What threw me off David was the "sectors"...

Re: Non historical scenarios?
There is actually a whole book of alternative history variants on the Battle -- we are looking it over to see if any make sense as additional scenarios: http://www.amazon.com/Battle-Bulge-Hitlers-Alternate-Scenarios/dp/1853676071/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1355594718&sr=1-1&keyw...

Re: Is this possible.. 2v2? 4v4? FFA Mode?

I was just speaking for the game itself. Diverse MP modes not necessarily based off historical facts, more for tactical/strategy training. We have 1v1 & Player v AI doing an excellent representation of historical past.

Re: Considered iPhone version?
You'll have to excuse my iOS ignorance but does the significant amount of effort referred to in reworking the interface for the iPhone apply to just taking pretty much the iPad version and 'dumping' it onto the iPhone or are you suggesting you'd wish to redesign it to minimise the amount of scrolli...

Re: Considered iPhone version?
The team's mandate with this release was to make a "no compromises" design specific to the iPad. We are likely to come out with an iPhone version, but have to balance the significant effort reworking the interface against other projects (e.g. new scenarios, games). For me, I expect that i...

Considered iPhone version?
I can see myself playing this game with one hand the UI is so effortless my thumb will just scroll, choose, commit.
Have you guys considered this down the road. I will gladly repurchase a iPhone seperate version.

Re: Where is the Meuse River? No movement - why?
Thanks fellas.
Also, I have figured out you can only move one unit per day, I was not aware of this before.
The whole "this unit can be only activated once a day" threw me off initially.
