Buzz-opedia location in iPad?

Post by tactfulgamer »

Clearly, I'm dumbing out.

I can't seem to find the buzz-opedia button which lists historical facts.

I notice the "I" button on certain images (would this be it) if so when I clicked on it all I got was the costs and things of that nature.

Hello tactfulgamer,

The Buzz-opedia can be accessed by clicking on the icons with Buzz's face scattered across the UI. See the pic below:

@Nacho84,

Off Topic
As always, from what I've noticed on several threads and different forums - you're consistent and extremely helpful. Bless the day when all Devs attain your level in regards to caring and reaching back out to the consumer/community.

On Topic
I'm sad to say, I'm not getting that image on my iPad version of the game. I am in tutorial. Don't know if this is the reason?

Example: As I type this, I'm in the first NASA tutorial mission with Explorer 1 - Regular Mission. The picture with the explorer only has the "I" button on the upper right corner but not the Buzz-Opedia being portrayed in your photo.

*Update*
I quickly jumped on campaign, went back to explorer - still not showing.

Maybe my understanding of the buzz-opedia is wrong? I was assuming it would have historical facts for all the stuff in the game. So... is it only for certain categories/programs? (Being that explorer is exempt from the pedia)

UPDATE 2: Just caught on to the keywords of your post (scattered across the UI) in other words not every thing is gonna have a pedia to it. Initially I thought you meant those keywords as in "to the right" of the pic I was seeing.

UPDATE 3 Found the explorer 1 buzz-opedia. You would have to be in the R&D mission components screen in order to see the buzz-opedia icon. (Hopefully this clears any confusion for future newcomers interested in the history as well)

Thanks for the help. You may close this thread if you like.
