Downloading new DLC’s

I recently received a one half off coupon on my next Slitherine purchase as a 15 year customer so naturally I went a little overboard. I purchased both new Panzer Corp II DLC’s as well as eight or nine DLC’s for Order of Battle. I am unable to download ANY of them as my system insists I don’t have either of the base games necessary! I do of course, but they are in Steam. In case it makes a difference I should also note that I also just purchased a gaming laptop to play my games on so I exceed all of the necessary prerequisites for both games. There must be some way to marry these two together? Help?

Redeem Steam keys for the DLCs you have purchase and then activate them in your Steam account.
