John

people are trying to help you but your mails are rants with no structure and almost impossible to understand. Stop starting new threads with the same questions as it achieves nothing other than cluttering up the forum and making it harder for others to use. I'll delete your previous threads so all your questions related to this subject need to be in this thread. Read what people are saying to you and answeer them. There is nothign we can do to help if you do not listen and ghive us the information requested.

What version of the game do you have? Is it a boxed copy or digital download? What languages are you playing in? Are you trying to play PBEM or LAN or TCP/IP Internet. You are not giving enough details. Tell us exactly what you do step by step and we can see where you are going wrong. It is not possible for us to save a magic wand and get you up and running!

The steps vary with your operating system, what type of game you want to play etc.

Before replying to this please read it carefuly. Collect all the information asked for and then reply, read your message before you post and then post it.

Have you read the guides that explain it step by step in the sticky at the top of the forum? Have you read the manual?

viewtopic.php?t=3534

The information is all there. If you wont read it there is nothing we can do to help...

PBEM:
When you have done your turn and pressed "End Turn" button it will save and throw you back to main menu. The save can then be found in the data/pbem folder from where the game is installed.

Send it to your opponent. Your opponent will place the save in his PBEM folder and from main menu pick "Load Multiplayer", "PBEM". There he clicks the scenario button (the one that says 1939) and picks that save and makes his turn and then send the save back to you.
I HAVE FOLLOWED THIS BUT PLAYERS HAS POINT OUT THAT MY FILES ARE TOO OLD I DO NOT UNDERSTAND

The information is all there. If you wont read it there is nothing we can do to help...(YA BECAUSE U ARE TOO LAZY) IM TOLD MY FILE ARE OUT OF DATE?? NO IDEA NOTTING ON WEB PAGE ABOUT THAT THANKS V HELPFUL

If you continue to be abusive you'll be banned. Please stop using Upper case letters as they are hard to read.

If I was Lazy I would have banned you along time ago. If you do not tell us the problem we cannot help you. Saying "it does not work" is not enough. This is the first time you have actually told us what you have done. Now it would have been easier if you had told us this from the start...

What version number does it say on the main menu screen? What version does your opponent have? Are either of you running any mods?

This is your last warning. I've deleted 3 abusive messages now. If you continue you'll be banned from the forum.

I understand you want to play the game but you have to understand that we can't help you unless you answer our questions. We don't know why it is not working for you as we don't know what you are doing wrong. This is why we ask questions.

You need to ask your opponent what version of the game they are running. A mod is like a patch but one created by fans of the game. It changes the game behaviour. A very popular mod for CEAW is the BJR mod. You need to be using the same version of the game as your opponent and the same mods. You need to organise this in advance with your opponent.
