Caster of Magic for Windows crash

Since yesterday (or maybe the day before), every time I try to build a settler in Caster Of Magic for Windows, the game crashes. When I try to update/repair the installation, it gets to 92% updating, and then just stops, with no further progress. I had experienced no problems with the game (either Master of Magic or Caster of Magic) ever before this in my computer.

This looks like a problem that happened due to the July 5th update. There are some other weird things that happened after this update too, like how my Caster of Magic Window always reverts back the default size, whereas before this update, it always opened up to the size I had it the last time I played (which was way more convenient). After repairing the installation, I still can't build settlers.

I'm experiencing the same problem. Even rolling back to before the July 5th update has the problem now. Not sure how to proceed other than playing the game without settlers...

I think this particular issue has been fixed.
