Multiplayer PS5 not working at all

Hello there,

i am trying to get a game with a friend on the PS5 going. So far we havent been able to see any other games being hosted and will get a timeout if we try to hook up. We have been able to get into the loading screen of an actual match. But thats it.

Can anyone relate and help on this issue? We purchased this game in hinsight to play it together. Multiplayer seems to be completley out of the question just now.
