If I remember correctly you now need to put the "un-zipped" folder into your Campaigns folder. That folder should (VERY STRONG SHOULD, as I don't have OoB WW2 on steam) in the OoB WW2 game's folder, which once again should be in Steam/steamapps/common/Order Of Battle.

I haven't given this install into the OoB Campaigns Folder a try yet... but this is what i have done so-far... i hope that this effort will result in success!... if Not!!!... i will need further assistance!.

***Order of Battle - WW2 _ Guess what showed up here!... The Games Folder!....---Right-On!!!... So... Clk to Open It!.
***Order of Battle - WW2 _ Where the "O0B Campaigns Folder is now Visible"... so next... now Find your UnZipped Free France 1940 -1945 Folder and then Click this "UnZipped Campaigns Folder" to open it to reveal... the Free France 1940 -1945 UnZipped Zip-File Folder... that you just 'UnZipped'.
***... and Finally then... Copy this "UnZipped Free France 1940 -1945" File-Folder into the "O0B-Campaigns-Folder". I also put my UnZipped Zip-File in there as well, just in-case!.
