Can anyone remember how to trigger the event that changes Italian hoplites to Marian legions in the Persia DLC? Campus Martius has been built...

You can't reach Marian reforms within the DLC campaign. Well, theoretically you can't, but practically you can

The campaign ends in -330. Historically Marian reform triggered around -107, FYI.
The chance to get the decision is (turn - 260)/3
It means that starting with year -257, you have (263-260)/3 = 1% chance to get it.
At turn 266 (year -254) this rises to 2% (per turn). etc.

When I say you can, it's because you can still continue playing past the end date. So officially, you can't. In practice, you can.

I was actually asking what the criteria is for upgrading from hoplites to early legio is? I end up spending half of the game running around Italia with hoplites rather than legions...very annoying!

Any chance you may do a final DLC for Empires?

No DLC planned for Empires, by me at least, but I know some modders made several extra scenarios.
