In consultation with the other GS developers we've (I've) decided to not include outlier games in the plots and averages. I will still collect stats from these games and will display them in an "outlier" table summary. For now, any game where Paris is captured AFTER the 10/25/1940 turn will be excluded from the plots and average stats and placed in the outlier stats.

Added Ronnie (axis) vs Boyd (allies) and jjdenver's 10th game!!! jjdenver (axis) vs Trulster (allies). By the way jjdenver's game is Blitz and not Seitz. This will be corrected on the next update.
