I'll volunteer to be "odd man out" on Friday for 25mm. I have an army for the theme, but I've also signed up for some non-FOG games. I'll play the theme if I'm needed to make an even number. However, I'm there for Saturday whether I'm needed or not

Thanks for volunteering, Steve. Life is so much simpler for the organizer when one can guarantee the numbers will work out correctly.

Nice. Do you know whether Doug and Jeff are planning to attend? If so, I think we're looking at 10 or more for the 25mm open.

Cool. I'm getting psyched. I guess I better start painting an army.

Did you know that you are required to drink beer in the 25mm open? I know this isn't in the rule book per se, but I believe its implied on page 67 paragraph 2...

Now looking forward to the day where we have more 25s than 15s. As we all age the scales may have to grow so we can still see them

Is anyone actually planning to bring a steppe army to this? Everyone that I've talked to, and me, are planning to bring a steppe opponent.

I'm bringing a settled army. I was going to bring Huns also to be able to do either side, but I don't have enough lead for it now, and no time to paint it between now and then.

I have recruited some people to bring one of each in order to balance the numbers. <knock> It is one potential worry, though.

Yeah, I think I was one of your recruits. I'll bring one of each, but I don't know if I'll have time to play three rounds against each of the 10-12 settled players....

Do you have an approximate count on 15's and 25's Mark?? I'm trying to clear some time and will try to make it out there, the competition out here in Cinci is getting sparse.

I can only make it for the open on Saturday. I will be coming down on Friday afternoon and would be up for a game on Friday night if anyone is interested.

I'll be in the 15mm Open for sure and maybe the Theme. Planning on bringing a settled army, but if I can fit it in I'll bring a steppe army as well. Won't be able to make the mini.

Anyone interested in a game (probably a mini) either Wednesday night or Thursday morning?

I am trying to finish painting a 25mm Steppe army for the Theme. Failing that it will be 15mm Steppe. Saturday - haven't decided yet

No specific count, as I only ever hear from some of the people who are coming. However, the impression I get from the people who have talked to me is that numbers will be good this year. 25mm will likely have a--relatively--robust turnout, which is nice.

Come on down, mohio. Drop some Cincinatti knowledge on us.

Marc,

I've got a Cinci version of a list available for Friday. I've been unable to locate the list of participants for the Theme. Is there still room for 1 more??

There is no list of participants, as there are so many "walk ups" on the day. Come on down.

Well, if you and Dan are going to be there, i'll show up. Any word on some of our southern cousins making the trip up?
