user has two serial numbers code 11------installed FOG on a laptop had to purchase army packs anew to install on laptop, but cant signon

You should not have used different serial numbers on the lap top. You need to reinstall with the same ones you used on the desktop or it cant work. You need to use the same username & pw on both as well - there is no logical way round this.
