I'll post R&R as I have them on Sunday - probably just less than half lists received so far. Pools 1 & 2 showing decent mix of armies, Pool 3 somewhat biased towards Ottomans & Serbs so far

Ooh Mr Ruddock, and I thought your word was your bond. :(

Ottomans and Serbs, now we are in for a fun time. I have Ottomans and I was told at the weekend that Serbs are an Ottoman killer. I have a feeling Ottomans may also be an Ottoman killer.

You can always tell when Dave is lying - his lips move. :D Only kidding Dave!

I'm sure Mr Ruddock is in a team with Hammy and Nik? And I'm pretty sure Hammy will be bringing Hungarians - probably the middle flavour?

You are partly correct Pete ;)

Actually Dave doesn't lie that much, or at least it doesn't count as lying because he normally thinks he is right

But to be fair, Harrison knocks the average age down to below 45.

Hi guys

I was playing Roger Greenwood today and he mentioned in previous years games were played team against team rather than as individual competitions.

I've just looked at the rules and get the impression that in each round it is team versus team, is this correct?

Also if this is the case will team members sit alongside each other in each round?

Cheers

I believe so.

Rob

Better if it is so - better chances to take the piss out of team mates when they cock up :P

You are correct Rob, the draw will be by team - it will not be 3 separate competitions like last year. Table layout permitting I will sit teams alongside each other

That will encourage more arguing - also, I don't want to sit next to my team mates. Can we be drawn as far apart as possible please?
