These days MAWS have to rope in any old bunny just to make up the team

By the way I suggested "UK Ladies" as a team name for Lynda,Sylvie and Lynette but if any of you can come up with anything better.......

Think I might sit on the draw - keep everyone guessing until Saturday.
Absolutely the right call Marc - well done.

I'm pleased to see that I've made a unique choice but only time will tell whether that proves to be a good thing or a bad thing.

I would just love to see the result of a Sylvie v Ian match up.

It would end in tears

All,

If there is anyone out there in the big wide world that would be interested in playing in the WTC over the weekend in Derby, can they contact me via my email address: FevGrinder@Hotmail.com.

This is a one time offer to play with one of the pervious winners of this even (even if it was playing DBM), noting that there is already accommodation sorted - so don't be shy please get in contact ASAP.

How pervy are you? I'm not sure my mum would let me play with you.

Dave,

There is a French guy that wanted to play but I had to turn him down. It might be too late to get hold of him but I can give it a go. Problem is he only has a Pool 1 army.

Just found his note - I suspect it may be too late and he has already left.

Not sure why some people are struggling with my mail (I am getting mail from lots of people about this).

As you are all playing now cannot get in touch with anyone as mobiles are turned off.

Potentially army permitting (I have only got a pool 1 army) I could play tommorow (sunday).

My phone is 01942 749522

Hi All

I would like to thank the person who organised the event it was well done.

I'd like to thank Ian,Andy,Sylie and Graham for the great games played in the most friendly way.

I'd like to thank Andy and Adrian of Halifax 2 for being great team mates.

I found it a nice friendly event I think the team event works very well

and lastly thanks Robert it was worth the weekend.(did someone kill your General Robert in the last game?).

LOL @ Dave.............very funny indeed !!

I have learned the hard way not to take Ottomans to a 900 point Serbian bar-fight !!

Thanks to my opponents, namely Bob, Richard, Marc and Simon. Oddly I seemed to spend as much time in the toilets with my opponents as I did playing the games against them. There Dave and the rest of you have a field day with that comment !!

Yes a good weekend was had and I look forward to seeing you all at Rollcall when the Halifax team will ride again. Yes guys I think most of us will be lucky to be in the team next time !!
