I don't play a lot of MP and I have never had this happen. I finished my turn and the waiting got to 1:00 and told me it failed to load to the server and try again. Long story short I couldn't get anything to work but killing the game.

Well, PirateJock's Tommies battled the Axis forces and took the win.
Highlights were a well-placed 6pdr. in the same turn, got side shot on a StuG and a REAR shot on my Tiger so that fubared my counter-attack. Fortunately I was at least able to kill the crew with my Panther a little later.
Good work all around by the Allied commander. Only the tally will show the extent of the damage now..

Following on from Sleet's post ... Allies 5 flags: Axis 4 flags; Allies loses 12 units: Axis losses 16 units. Final score 76:16.
A very cagey game - only flag that changed owner was the one right in the middle, and that was on he penultimate Axis turn. Would have been scuppered if the 6pdr hadn't done it's job. Limited number of armour kills on the Allies part as couldn't get the angles and couple of silly mistakes meaning the Cromwells and Archers didn't play much part in proceedings.

Very close. Allies ran out of steam at the end. I played a very patient game (well for me anyway) trying not to stumble into crossfire ambushes.
One of the best plays of the game was a Piat team trying to get back to safety. My StuG turned and shot it only to be killed by the Sherman it had battled with on my turn. A lot of shoot and pray moments. A few oops.
Very good opponent. Thanks for a tough fight.

This game saw some fighting on the Allied left flank early on and then it became a standstill in that part of the map.
A push by the Axis in the center came up short. The Panther must have taken ten hits or more before the crew finally bailed out.
However, most of the fighting took place on the Allied right flank. It was all good for the Allied side until the Tiger showed up. In one turn it blew both my Fireflys to kingdom come. It continued to move forward on the extreme right flank. A promoted Sherman were send to meet it's maker...
It was stopped in the end by mortar fire that did lower it's moral surprisingly well and a couple of shots by the 6-pdr. After that an Archer could make the kill.
Without their behemoth and most of the other panzers also destroyed the Axis were doomed...
A couple of hidden infantry units left deep behind the enemy lines by the Axis caused several casualties for the Allies towards the end and even cost me a lost flag.

ALLIES (SailingGuy) : 0 pts
Axis Armor might finished all Allied defenses swiftly and the rest of the battle was just a bloody pursuit of Allied units in retreat.
