Need assistance resetting BA Online Access

Dear Moderators:

I was hoping to obtain your assistance on behalf of a gaming collegue of mine, who appears to be temporarily blocked from accessing both these forums and BA online play.

In attempting to log in at the Slitherine forums, my friend (whose registered user name is “MajorKong”) apparently inadvertently hit the “re-set password” option, and received at least one dialog saying that the password on his account had been re-set, and an email had been sent to his account. Unfortunately, no email has ever arrived at that account. Now, he can neither log on to the Slitherine or Matrix forums for support (for lack of a password) nor can he access the PBEM server (again for lack of a password).

Could you kindly assist in enabling online access for MajorKong? Thanks much.
