frezen replay at 100%

I am playing a game with kill 9702, and send me his turn but the replay froze and I had no posibility of contine.
You get same sort of solution on page1 of topic1 with the same player.

Could you help please ?

We've identified the issue and fixed it for the next update, but there isn't a fix I can roll out at the moment I'm afraid. It seems to happen when people fail an upload, then issue another order and try and reupload. I can roll back the turn if that would help?

There no change to the game and the game is still frozen at the end of the replay sended by kill 9702.
Have we to restart the turn or the whole game ?

Was the game completed? You were playing 2 games, one completed, and I rolled back the uncompleted one. Which map are you playing on?

the game is river line from the french extension.
I think we are playing turn 5 or 6.

the game is not appearing in the turn I have to downlaod, I think kill 9702 must play it again to solve the problem.

Must be some kind of vicious bug, that's the firts I get since I played your games.

Do what you think might be the best

Rolling back should make it his turn, but from what I can tell, he saved the turn halfway, and I think that THAT turn was the broken one, so there isn't a way to roll back to a clean one. See what happens once you get the turn back, and if it' still broken, then I can delete the game and you guys can go again. The next update deals with both the cause and dealing with any old turns.
