Reinforcements buttons

So theres a refuel/rearm, regular reinforcents and elite reinforcements. For the elite reinforcements I always hated in the old pg that you had say 3 levels of experience but only get 1 elite reinforcement added per turn. Since a normal units str limit is 10 and if your down below full str clicking on the regular reinforcement button takes you to full. the elite should do the same. is this a planned fix or is this to limit elite reinforcements as they "trickle in" from boot camp?

If the latter then how about an elite reinforcement personell pool and allow a full up on units elite reinforcements to their new max level? Since 1 elite reinforcement per unit is possible for those that have the experience then i don't see why you couldnt add up the number of units(or by type of unit to represent the right kind of training) and that is your possible reinforcements for elites in a turn.
