iPad not able to purchase

I'm trying to buy the new Rommel campaign but the game just hangs at loading screen with the soldier checking his watch. I'm using and ipad 3rd gen, ios 6. Let me know if you need any other info.

Unfortunately there was a last minute problem with the Rommel IAP. It should be available soon, without the need for an app update.

It doesnt show up in the app store as an in app purchase. only in game does it give you an option to buy it but then it just shows the army guy with a clock and times out. i hope they fix it today
