Errata List for releif of Vienna

The new way of looking at this list now has 9 units minima (way more than any other) which for a 650 point army leaves very little if any choice?
Was this intended, as it just about kills the list of for anything but large battles?

It's effectively a single battle historical scenario list. Hence, very little choice.
