Warhammer 40,000: Armageddon is set during the Second War for Armageddon. In this hex-based, turn-based game developed by Flashback Games and The Lordz Games Studio, you will lead the Imperial forces of the Armageddon Steel Legion and Space Marines from a variety of Chapters against the Ork invasion through over 30 scenarios, on the hostile terrain of the planet and its gigantic Hive Cities. The game features a complex plot, involving known characters from the Warhammer 40,000 universe and while advancing through the campaign, you will have the ability to carryover his core force from scenario to scenario.

Eager to play this! I am HUGE W40k Fan (for crying out loud, i even had a Imperial flag tailored for me as a gift on my last school year), been a fan ever since i was pretty young!

We also have been too long without a proper TB W40k game!

Hope that you can go full Imperial Guard, those oversized space marines wont take the glory of the common men and women warriors of the imperium!

Finally! I can not wait to liberate armageddon and play the multiplayer! Glorious! I have two questions:
1. How long does the beta test take? One month? 2 weeks?
2. How many people are going to participate in the beta test?

It will definitely last for a good month.

The test game also will expand and unlock more and more every new build.

Example given: MP may still be disabled during the first test or we will miss some graphics and use some placeholders in certain parts, as we are constantly polishing and working on the game.

And we do this in phases, so the first test round we select, at random, a small group of testers and every new build we add more and more.

So when we get closer to release we will have added almost everybody.

If you are not selected on day one, don`t despair...

I'd love to play a game like this. I have Epic models and I just found an old copy of Final Liberation. I couldn't bring myself to throw it away.

Yup if its like any other betas they have done its a true beta so once its done you'll have to buy the game.

There is no singleplayer mode with orks, right?

there are several single missions which you can use orks maybe
but in the sequence i think there will be orks campaigns
