Assuming you are not running the Steam version, I have a fix EXE it would be great if you could test. It should be pretty quick.
1 - download and extract the files file here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/59x7rkthxttzg ... T.zip?dl=0
2 - copy your entire BA2 install folder to some other folder (doesn't matter where)
[ this is optional, but it means you get to keep your original install intact ]
3 - copy in the two files from the zip, overwriting as needed.
4 - run the new text EXE directly (the shortcut won't work)
5 - see if it will correctly load the turn which is crashing

Re: error
Done. I am not sure if it is coincidental, but the game timed out on uploading turn to the server for the player with whom I have this crash issue. I eventually gave up but the turn showed as in the opponent's hands.
