New Agent MIssion

It would be nice to have an option to send an agent to a realm to make a one time permanent adjustment to the base relations. Some percentage of success, no effect and detriment even.

Diplomatic relations are better now, at least from an orc and dwarven perspective.

I'm not sure how to recall my diplomat yet. I'm checking the Forums about it, but so far I can't seem to get him to come back to my kingdom.

Open the relations screen, hit the "X" button on the agent you want to recall (all agents are listed down the left side of this screen).
