Don't forget the also enemy units can have "pre-programmed" heroes, like +1 Range or similar

MPC '40 v1.0 has been released. I never expected that i would still support a mod 2,5 years after its release.
https://www.sendspace.com/file/2f56va

Changes:
In some scenarios decreased DV and/or MV requirements.
In some scenarios added German auxiliaries (especially the Hannut mission).
Victory requirements properly shown in turn splash screen.

I have come as far as the Karamas battle... but Im a little puzzled: no German units can be used. 10 core slots can be filled, but not with German (core) units. When entering the purchase menu to buy new Italian equipment, all units appear in red - I can not buy new units. But pressing F8, it shows "Units to deploy: 10/10". Looking forward to (finally) end this wonderful mod...

If i'm not mistaken, there are 10 core Italian units placed on the map.

Yes you are correct - but it appears as though I can not change these Italian core units? That is, for instance, disband an infantry unit in favor of an extra artillery?
Also - when an Italian core unit is lost, a replacement core unit can not be bought in the purchase menu, no slots available. In this scenario, as well as the final one...
Is that correct?

The new campaign file adds Italy. It should allow to purchase Italian units in the final missions.
I don't exactly know when the change kicks in. Possibly need to load the savegame before the Italian missions.
Let me know if it works, then i will release it as an update.

Extract the rar file in your \MPC 40\data folder.

The attachment campaign.rar is no longer available
This is from the final mission, just lost a core unit, it shows a free slot is available, but units (in this case artillery) shows up in red - not available - can not replenish my badly beaten units...

The new campaign - have almost finished the "old" one, does it mean I would have to start all over again, or just this last mission?

I know that changes to the equipment file kick in from the next scenario; hopefully a change to the campaign file will have the same effect.

Have just finished the "old" game and wish to import my core units into the 1941 campaign, but it does not seem to load...

I assume you mean DLC 41 East.

You need to extract the rar file in DLC 41\data folder; back-up the original campaign.pzdat from that folder first.

It should allow the MPC 40 core to be imported into DLC 41; i also added Italy as a nation for Axis side.

The original campaign.pzdat is dated 22-06-2013, which I backed up.
After I extract the rar-file into the DLC 41 DATA/ folder, I start the game, chose 1941 and its asks if I wish to import an existing core force - I say yes.
No options are shown then as to which core force I wish to import, it immediately jumps to the intro of "April 16th, 1941".
After clicking proceed an entirely different core force has been imported...

Thanks for the quick and patient responses so far!!! Hartelijk dank - weet niet of je in NL of F deel van Belgie woont ;-) - merci beaucoup...
