US Corps 42 - I've Played This Before

Post by robtoe »

Just completed US Corps 42, but it seems to me that I've already played a few of the maps before, especially Berlin.

Does US Corps 42 reuse content/maps from elsewhere?

Alternatively, I recall playing some community-created scenarios a couple of years ago, that were extremely well done. I almost wonder if Slitherine acquired that content. (?)

US Corps '42 is in North Africa, so definitely no Berlin scenario there.
All maps and scenarios are new. I was considering to grab a few maps from my mods, but then i decided to create all maps from scratch.

Thanks for the reply, however something odd may be happening. I started with Torch, then was given the following maps in order: Kasserine, Tunisia, Sicily, Salerno, Anzio, D-Day ... and then various European scenarios, with Berlin being the last. It then finished my campaign with "Allied Dispute" vs Russia.

Was there a jump after Tunisia somehow? Stange.

That does not sound like the US Corps DLC, but it does sound like the US side of the Allied Corps DLC. I think that you've been playing the 'wrong' DLC.

Yeah, it sounds like you played Allied game.

Ha - that's it! The campaign is definitely buried in the Classified list.

Thanks everyone, cheers.
