Unable to access DLC Scenarios

2 days ago, I had access to ongoing DLC scenarios. Now, when I open up the saved game list, none of the games will launch

When I go to the new game menu, I can see the basic game, but no DLC's appear.

I use Steam. I can see on Steam that the scenarios were bought and installed

I have tried uninstalling PC on machine and reinstalling from Steam, but still no recognition.

what gives and how do I reinstall scenarios?

It seems to be an issue related with Steam.
Open Steam client, click the right mouse button over Panzer Corps in the games library and select "Properties".
Tick off your DLC, start the game and exit.
Tick on the DLC, start the game and check if the issue persists.

OK,

I did what you recommended. No luck.

To expand on the symptoms, I can neither

1. open a DLC save game
2. see any scenarios on the game start menu or
3. start any main game by hitting the expansion icons. meaning, I can see the 5 major campaigns of the basic PC game , e.g. 39-45, 41-45, etc AND PLAY THEM, but can not launch Allied Corps, Soviet Corp, Afrika Corps, OR EVEN the Wehrmacht Corps from its side Icon. in response to clicking any of the expansion icons it says:

Panzer Corps Wehrmacht expansion is not installed.
Do you wsih to purchase and install now?

when you say yes, it takes you to steam where you are told you already own the expansion and do you want to play.

when you say yes, it opens the basic game menu, where u are told you dont own the game

a circular bug somewhere

whatever it was has resolved itself. I now can see the scenarios and launch at least the ones I tried. both from my desktop and from the steam menu.

damned if I know. I swear it wasnt the operator, as shown by the screen shots

I still think it's a Steam issue. I know other players who reported a similar issue in Order of Battle. It's weird to say the least.
Anyway, I'll point this thread to our production team.

Same thing just happened to me after I finished SOviet Corps. Now none of the other expansions or DLCs are accessible. Any ideas?

Edit: Found a solution. Apparently Exiting Steam and then launching the game again, forcing the steam client to relaunch, seems to have solved the issue.
