About hills

I wonder about the hills, when an enemy is charging my unit up on a hill of 100m or so, should´nt the enemy be at a huge disadvantage? I can´t really see that happen?

The height levels are in abstract units, not metres.

A height difference of 75 or less is considered to be a gentle slope and gives an advantage of +25 POA, which is not very great - but could tip the balance when the units are otherwise equal.
A height difference of 100 or more is considered to be a steep hill and gives an advantage of +100 POA, which is very significant indeed.
