Yup. We want big huge shadows everywhere. We don't want to know what hexes are where and what the terrain types are. We do want a sense of 3D depth that is then rendered completely goofy by the scaling issues (it matters a lot more in 3D that tanks are the size of airports or battleships).

I find the "don't judge! It's just an alpha!" stuff to be hilarious. For years they've told us they won't release anything until it looks good so people don't judge it based on the alphas, now suddenly they do? In that case why weren't they releasing screenshots the whole time? Also, if they want to control the narrative, why didn't they give a proper interview to explain stuff like how the new mechanics work or the map generation?
