There was not a SturmPanzer III with open gun empacement as the one you show in the icon you attached, but fortunately, there was a Sturminfanteriegeschütz 33B that looked very similar, but had a fully closed gun compartment, for which I have an icon and mask. With them you can "paint" the basic icon in any scheme you like...

Alternatively, there was a 15cm sIG auf PzKpfw III, but it was a one vehicle only affair, made by troops in the field in North Africa. It was one of the so called "Rommel's Funnies". Unfortunately, I have no icon and mask for this vehicle... But I can make one in some time.

So just to clarify things about how to install this. From the main page I downloaded all 6 files?

1. I downloaded the version 1.05
2. I downloaded the version 201.16 that states before the link " Updates (brings you at once from v.105 to v1.16 (v1.06 - v1.16) " Here is where I am confused because I am assuming that this updates 1.05 to 1.16 without having to install the other zip files?
3. I downloaded the version 1.17 (this updates it to the latest version)

Please let me know if I have this correct or not. I want to play this mod and use JSGME to install it but want to make sure I have the correct files to do this.

That's not the correct path! You have to copy the content of the unzipped folder in the MOD folder of the GME in your Panzer Corps main directory. Then just load it in your GME and start the game. That's all.

1. You only need to download 3 files: a) the basic PHCAS Panzer Corps Gold MOD v1.05 b) v1.06 - v1.16 update and c) v.1.17
2. Copy the unzipped files into the GME mod folder in that order (let always overwrite the files)
3. Load the mod into GME
4. Play the game.

I had the same problem as yours in the beginning and I could not understand why it did not work even if I download the files in the MOD folder of Panzer Corps.
When you download each mod there is a main directory (e.g. 1.05) and a subdirectory (Panzer Corps).
If you just use the directory 1.05 with GME it will never work.

You have to use each time the subsirectory just below 1.05.
In fact you rename the Panzer Corps subdirectory (below 1.05) into 1.05. Main directory 1.05 should be totally removed, the subfolder your renamed 1.05 must become the main directory.
You do that for each mod.
All mods being installed in MOD folder of the Panzer Corps game.
Then GME works fine and the mod is easily installable.

This is the trick I missed since I desperately could not install the mod a few months ago.

That's not the correct path! You have to copy the content of the unzipped folder in the MOD folder of the GME in your Panzer Corps main directory. Then just load it in your GME and start the game. That's all.

I downloaded your mod, updated to version 1.17 but not something in the original game has not changed! Installed through the program JSGME. What have I done wrong ?

I did as you wrote but get again the same mod is installed through JSGME but the game does not see it !

Take the example of the new Mod v 1.18.
You download it and you get the directory "PGC PHCAS Update v 1.18" and a subdirectory named "Panzer Corps".
Rename "Panzer Corps" subdirectory into "1_18".
Cut-paste your "1_18" into the MODS folder of Panzer Corps game.
Then you can use GME.

Maybe this units is used in scenarios but not in purchase menu, no ?
Because I do not see any SS unit somewhere else in the purchase screen in any category.

B29 Enola Gay not present on US side. In your readme file you mention it is part of Romania!!!

Hs 123-A1 tactical bomber has no icon (Romania)

The SS StuG's are bonusunits. SS StuG-III A B E F F8 G and StuH42 are in the game
B29 Enola Gay is in the US equipment file already but nopurchase so far

There is no need to copy any files in the mod folder under documents in order to play this mod!
As already mentioned, you need at least now 4 parts to download: a) the basic PHCAS Panzer Corps Gold MOD v1.05 b) v1.06 - v1.16 update c) v.1.17. update and d) the new v.1.18 update.
Note: The updates are not cumulative and you have to install them in the correct order. Exception: PCG PHCAS Update v1.06 to v 1.16
1. Unzip the basic mod v1.05.
2. Create a new folder e.g. "PHCAS Gold Mod V.1.18" or something similar.
3. Put all the content of the folder "Panzer Corps" from your unzipped basic mod v.1.05 into the newly created. Now you have the following structure: "PHCAS Gold Mod V.1.18\Audio, Data, DLC, Expansion, Expansion2, Graphics,UI" "
4. Unzip the cumulative update v.1.06 to v.1.16 and copy that folders in your "PHCAS Gold Mod V.1.18" (some files will be overwritten). Now you have v.1.16.
5. Unzip the v.1.17 update and do the same.
6. Unzip the v.1.18 update and do the same. Now you are up to date.
7. Copy the "PHCAS Gold Mod V.1.18" folder in the GME MODS folder in your Panzer Corps main directory.
8. Load the mod into GME and start the game. (A new intro will be played)

Exactly this is why this is not normal that SS Stug III-F8 is purchasable.
This is the sole SS unit purchasable in game, this is not normal.
