redeem steam key failure

Hi,

I've just purchased Order of Battle: Red Star DLC in Slitherine store. I would like to redeem a Steam key for my game. I tried to do it the standard way (as many times before) but I'm getting an error message saying "Duplicate product code". I'm pretty sure the game is not yet in my steam account. It seems this steam key already belongs to another account for some reason. Please let me know how to remedy the situation. This is how the process looks like.



I created a new helpdesk ticket under my Slitherine account, but it got closed without any action.

I am having the same problem. I purchased Field of Glory Empires.

Well, nearly the same here: I am missing in the myPage section the keys (Slith and Steam) for Redstar & Sandstorm.
Looks like i have never purchased them on the page.

Within Steam Client the licence is valid and working.
And the odd thing: when firing up Steam, leaving the Gameclient via Main Menu and restarting the Slitherine installation i have the 2 DLC available to play

When I try to activate the key red star it says it is not valid yet it is.So what is going on never had this problem before?

Make sure you download the Red Star update as well as the standard 8.1 update.
You need to run the Red Star update and use the key on this install.
Trying to validate Red Star from the 8.0 campaign screen won't work.
