Multiplayer suggestions

Friend and I just tried starting a multiplayer game, and have these suggestions:

Password protect to allow us to create/connect to a game without having to be online at same time

More options for length of time allowed between turns - looks like the default is 24 hours


Will have more thoughts after playing more.
