How do reinforce the Kerch beachhead in the second Kerch senario? Any help I must be missing
something.

Do you you mean the scn in this thread?

This player seemed to have a similar prob - in short - just click the blue ? in the objective info to read more details about what to do (works with most objectives). If it's the same scn indeed you need to deploy a number of core infantry units in the marked area right at the beginning.
