When exactly is this new patch coming out? Normally I'd want it ASAP, but I think I'd be quite happy if this one was not rushed....

I think the supply system is a bit too permissive. Right now there's not much difference between a 5 food consumption stack and a 25-food consumption stack, because if a province is not stripped dry, it generally has enough for everyone - especially when you take the foraging value into account.

I'd suggest that stacks not have access to all a province's food - perhaps no more than 10 or 20% of the total food in a province?

This would also make navies more effective, by allowing really large armies to march along the coast if accompanied by a fleet (a historically accurate strategy.)
