Decision making

I get these different pop ups saying I should do this and that but how do in act the decision?

You can click on View Now on the pop up to go to the Decision immediately, or view it later on the Decisions tab of the Nation Panel.

Empires is one of those rare games that is easy to play and difficult to master. I view every game that I play as a learning experience. The game has so much replay value that it keeps me wanting to learn more and more.
