Division A
Morbio (Roman 197-284 AD with Arab 312 BC - 299 AD ally) defeats nyczar (Scots-Irish 50 BC-476 AD) 42 - 13
The Romans established a lead in the skirmishing, but then the massed MF and chariots were on the verge of swamping the surrounded Romans, when a few Scots-Irish units broke, which led to a collapse. One more turn and the Romans would have been marching in the Elysium fields.

Division A
Morbio (Roman 197-284 AD with Arab 312 BC - 299 AD ally) defeats harveylh (Breton 411-579AD) 51 - 26
A similar story to the Scots-Irish battle... The Romans established a lead in the skirmishing, but then the massed MF and lancers were on the verge of swamping the surrounded Romans. A desperate charge by a disrupted legion cohort with commander managed to disrupt a steady unit, this helped another disrupted cohort to survive and surprisingly an enemy general died in a successful attack, which caused a double drop and a couple of units routed to give the win. Without that it may well have been a Breton victory as the Roman rear was severely exposed!
