Using bottom-button with your mouse

Hi,

if you click the Colonies-button with your mouse and afterwards click it again to close the panel, the button stays highlighted/active. Please refer to the screenshot. So ending turn with space, will also open and close "Colonies". All other bottom buttons are equally effected.

Hey 3003201827. This is related to the UI navigation, I've changed it for the next version.
