Red Steel, Mission 4, Turn 4, AI stay stuck on "Thinking"

Version 8.4.1

AI turn stay stuck (>30 minutes at 100%) on 4th turn of mission 4 of Red Steel.
I reloaded the save game, turn stay stuck.
I restarted the game and computer, turn stay stuck.
I restarted the scenario, the game was stuck on the same turn (end of 4th turn).
I restarted the computer, game and reloaded the new savegame. Still stuck.

Let me know if there is a way to solve the bug and not cheat win the scenario to go further. I will be happy to not restart the campaign...

I have the exact same problem. Turn 4 game locks up on AI Thinking. Hope to see a fix. thanks

Have restarted the mission 3 times now. Get stuck every time I get up on to turn 4.
Please fix this.

Pls. note though that after you patch the game you need to start this scenario from scratch to benefit from the patch. So best is to reload the previous campaign save (after 3rd scenario, before mission 4), then continue to this scenario from there.

If you just reload an older mid-scenario save from mission 4 you essentially reload an unpatched version.

OK, thx. It does mean that restarting the scenario is not sufficient ? You have to take a save from the previous scenario ?

Restarting the scenario should load the new scenario version.

Maybe i did say it wrong but (me bad)
but this is what i ment: i restarted the mission.

Have started the whole thing and now i am passed it.

Not yet. This may be an issue that does not always kick in. Of course in general it's still recommended to use the patch once it's out. Which should be rather soon

First play through I didn't have this problem. Then I had it regardless of restarting. Now it's fixed just fine with latest upgrade. Thanks!
